Trauma and PTSD therapy · Myrtle Beach, SCAt your pace. Nothing gets forced open.

Trauma work starts with safety, not with the hardest story. We build the ground under your feet first, and go only as far and as fast as you can hold.

How I work with trauma

First, stability: skills for the moments when your body reacts before you can think. Then, when you're ready, we work with what happened in a way that lets it settle instead of replaying.

You stay in charge of the pace the whole way. Nothing is rushed and nothing is forced.

Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes, in a quiet, confidential office in the Socastee area of Myrtle Beach, or online anywhere in South Carolina.

If you are in crisis, call or text 988, any hour, any day.
