Anxiety therapy · Myrtle Beach, SCAnxiety counseling that holds under pressure.

Racing thoughts, the knot that never quite leaves, panic that shows up uninvited. We find what feeds it and build skills that actually hold when it matters.

How we work on it

We start with what's going on now, in your words. From there we set something to aim at: fewer panic attacks, a conversation you've been avoiding, sleep that comes back. Every session after that is in service of it.

You'll get a mix of talk, practical tools, and homework when it helps. Where it fits, I'll suggest a hypnotherapy session or two alongside counseling, because some things change faster underneath than on the surface.

Sessions

Sessions are 50 minutes, in my office in the Socastee area of Myrtle Beach or online anywhere in South Carolina. How many you need depends on what we're working on, and I'll give you an honest estimate on the first call rather than keeping you guessing.

Questions

What people ask about anxiety therapy.

Do you offer online anxiety counseling?
Yes, anywhere in South Carolina, where I'm licensed. You need a private space and a stable connection.
How long does anxiety counseling take?
It depends on what we're working on. I don't do open-ended therapy with no plan, and I'll tell you what I think on the first call.
Can hypnosis help with anxiety too?
Often, yes, especially alongside counseling. Because I'm trained in both, we can use whichever fits, or both.
