Hypnosis for anxiety, phobias and sleep · Myrtle Beach, SCWhen the fear is faster than the logic.

You already know the plane is safe and the needle is small. Knowing doesn't help, because fear doesn't run on knowing. Hypnosis works where the fear actually lives.

What it helps with

Stress and anxiety management. Fears and phobias: flying, needles, driving, public speaking. Insomnia and sleep that won't come. And performance: athletes, musicians, presenters and exam-takers who freeze when it counts.

Hypnosis and counseling together

Often hypnotherapy runs alongside counseling. Talk gives you the understanding; hypnosis gives the understanding somewhere to land.

As a licensed clinical social worker and a certified clinical hypnotherapist, I can do both, so you don't have to guess which one you need. We work that out on the first call.

What it feels like

You sit comfortably, in my office or at home on a video call. I talk you into a state of deep relaxation and focus. You'll hear my voice, you'll be able to speak, and you can come out of it any time you choose. Most people describe it as the feeling just before sleep, except you remember all of it.
